We are not bound by instructions from any party, but we are actively in contact with experienced representatives and are pleased to take advice from specialists. We have successfully completed numerous courses and seminars to improve our function as employee representatives.

We are born employee representatives, and with your vote we will obtain the legitimacy to take a prominent stance for your concerns. We also act energetically in delicate matters concerning supervisors, and never allow ourselves to be intimidated or put under pressure. Furthermore, with your vote we will achieve the right to a say in the supervisory board, where the course is set for the business that has arisen from your accomplishments.
